The Chalet Village Owner's Club is a private facility established to offer many benefits exclusive to property owners and their rental guests.  You will receive a pass at check-in to present when entering these facilities.  The Clubhouses also offer meeting spaces for groups of 5 to 200. Reservations for meeting spaces are handled by the clubhouse managers.

The three clubhouses are conveniently located on Ski Mountain so that none of the chalets are more than one mile from a pool. All areas offer ample parking and bathroom/changing rooms. You may bring your own food and drinks, but no glass.

The facilities open for the season mid-May and close mid-September.  Daily operating hours from Memorial Day through Labor Day are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Reservations are recommended for the tennis courts.  There are no lifeguards on duty and an adult must accompany children.

South Baden Club House —1319 South Baden Drive—features a large swimming pool with adjoining kiddie pool, two tennis courts, playground and game room with a pool table and a Ping-Pong table. There are also vending machines with snacks and drinks. The available meeting space will accommodate up to 200 people (rental fee applies).  This clubhouse is closed on Tuesday for pool maintenance.

North Club House —located on the corner of Wiley Oakley Drive and Village Loop—offers three pools. One is 20'x40' and is 3'-9' deep.  The other two include a 20'x40' lap pool that is 3'-4' deep and a kiddie pool. There is also a Ping-Pong table and snack and drink machines.  Two tennis courts are lighted until 10 p.m. (in season) and open all year. The available meeting space will accommodate 50 people (rental fee applies).  This clubhouse is closed on Wednesday for pool maintenance.

Upper Alpine Club House —1151 Upper Alpine—the smallest of the clubhouses with a swimming pool and fun kiddie pool with a raindrop umbrella.  The clubhouse also offers a pool table and vending machines.  This clubhouse is closed on Thursday for pool maintenance.
